Indiana Veterans Memorial Cemetery
This new 120 acre regional military cemetery was master planned and a 42 acre phase one was constructed in coordination with both Federal and State Agencies responsible for veterans. Our gift to veterans and their families was a quiet contemporary place of calm dignity, respectful of the subtle beauty of this bluff site high above the Ohio River. Preserved and expanded orchards, outdoor rooms framed by tree allees, a circular burial field, and zinc-clad copper columbarium cabinets provide a diverse choice for families who seek burial on this consecrated ground. A Ceremonial Court and pedestrian Allee were dedicated specifically to memorial services and funeral processions from a non-denominational Chapel, which itself is an extension of the linear landscape.
